JRC's new residential Project Manager completed this job last week and we're really proud of his work.
Before coming to JRC Jonathan spent a few years at a general contractor completing home renovations and new-builds. He brings his experience and his eye for style to this role as you can see with the outcome of this project.
Our client wanted to replace a gate with a slightly taller gate which matched a more modern style that they could use as a starting point for updating other parts of their home's exterior.
Our client settled on a standard yet classy looking skinny slat design, with a textured gray paint with a muted blue undertone that would pair well with the existing house.
The crew worked overtime Saturday to get the gate and posts completed prior to the Friday install date. Everything came out well on the 1st run so the customer was actually able to get an earlier install by one day, with the completed project you see below done by Thursday afternoon.
Everything met our clients standard and we will continue to work with clients with an eye towards this is modern linear style which is structurally extremely durable and confidence inspiring.
